The Hbc Run For Canada is ready to roll on Sunday July 1 in Bowring Park. The morning starts 8 am with a 10K road race down Waterford Bridge Road and back Southside Road. At 9:30 am there's a 1K kids run followed at 10 am by a 3K family walk along the Waterford River.Medals for all participants, bands, face painting, magic, a pancake breakfast, fancy t-shirts and much more.
