Now THAT'S Cross Training !

Ann Marie Lane will be one of over one hundred divers joining the Padi Society for "Total Submersion", a full week of scuba diving in Grand Cayman this April. Although not commonly considered a "cross training event", scuba diving presents strong physical and mental challenges for any runners training. Besides, you'll probably find Ann Marie running along the shore line in the afternoons keeping up those weekly kilometers!

Contact amlane@nl.rogers.com for more information on this amazing event.
