Kate Vaughan ran 26:55 over 7k at the National Cross Country Championships in Guelph on Saturday claiming 12th place in the Senior Women's race.Colin Fewer was 22nd in the Senior Men's 10K in 32:57, Grant Handrigan was 63rd in 35:00, and Michael King ran 36:15 for 76th place. Unfortunately Patrick O'Grady lost a shoe off the start and was unable to finish.
Liam Delaney ran the 8k Junior Men's and finished in 30:10 for 146th place.
