The rain, drizzle and fog didn't dampen the spirits of hundreds of athletes, volunteers and spectators at yesterday's Capital Subaru St.John's Triathlon. More than 160 triathletes took part in the standard distance, sprint distance, duathlon, and team events.
In a bid to raise awareness about anxiety and depression Wayne Cho left St.John's in May on a cross-Canada run. He's now in Deer Lake but looking at this picture he's lucky he made it off Cape Spear! You can follow his journey HERE.
