The City of St.John's has been developing a CYCLING PLAN which proposes among other things the expansion of some existing trails to accommodate bicycles as well as walkers and runners.This plan will be presented and discussed at a public meeting starting noon this Friday February 27 in the Foran Room at City Hall.
There has been a great deal of debate on this proposal and BNL is encouraging attendance and discussion.
