Michael Ryan from Marystown did his first ultra marathon yesterday at the Holiday Lake 50K++ in Virginia, completing the 33.63 mile trail ultra in 5 hours 50 minutes.Both Michael and his brother Denis are training for the upcoming Great Canadian Death Race (125k trail ultra) in August.
