Robbins Wins 100 Mile Ultra

Gary Robbins won the Hurt 100 Mile Ultra Marathon Trail Race this past weekend in Honolulu Hawaii, breaking his own course record with a time of 19 hours 35 minutes.

Gary, an extremely well respected ultra runner in Western Canada, hails from Mount Pearl.  In 2010 he came home to run 215 km of the East Coast Trail in 35 hours and 17 minutes.
