PB For Forsey In Ontario

Friday night was 1500 metre night in London Ontario. Hosted by the London Runner Distance Club the event was contested by almost 350 runners competing in thirty seeded sections. There was one competitor from Newfoundland and Labrador, Jillian Forsey of Kippens.

Seeded in the first of two high performance sections, the eighteen year-old Canadian Junior Cross-Country Champion in 2012 finished fourth with an outstanding time of 4 minutes 33.48 seconds, a personal best.

Forsey's next competition will be next weekend when she will run the 3000 metres in the Canadian Junior Track and Field Championships.
