Mark Hayward was the overall winner at Sunday's Carved By The Sea 10k in Bay Roberts, crossing the line in 36 minutes 24 seconds. Next was Ian Crane in 39:56 and Guillaume Dauphin in 40:22.

First place female was Anna Montgomery in 44:11, then Katie Saunders in 47:46 and Christiane Martin in 48:45.
