Cape To Cabot 20K This Sunday

The Cape to Cabot 20k road race happens this Sunday October 18 with some 450 runners tackling the hills between Cape Spear and Cabot Tower.

Note the change in venue for race kit pickup, health expo and reception ... all events are happening at the Marine Institute, Ridge Road.

All are welcome at the free Health Expo between 1pm - 5 pm on Saturday, featuring a motivational talk by Terry Kelly at 2 pm.
