David Freake and 2 former Memorial Seahawks cross country athletes, rookies Jon Lodge and Amanda Wilkins will join the veteran Fewer in Kingston. All have been training hard for the most competitive Canadian race of the year that will have Canadian Olympians and Commonwealth Games Athletes in the field.
