Saturday started cold and rainy but throughout the morning the sun came out and things warmed up for the NLAA Provincial Cross Country Championships in Bowring Park.
Colin Fewer captured the male title finishing the 7500m course in 24:46 followed by Nick Snow in 27:21 and Seamus Boyd-Porter in 27:28. Jennifer Murrin won the ladies race in 28:47 followed by Amanda Wilkins in 31:39 and Megan Ryan in 34:36.
