Unofficial Tely Teaser Good Friday

Good Friday is only a couple of weeks away and again this year you can expect that hundreds of runners will take to the Tely 10 course for a 10-mile practice run.

The route will be peppered with runners all day but a large crowd usually leaves from the McNamara Road start line at 9am.

Plan your training accordingly and mark your calendar for Friday March 30.

Note that this is an non-sanctioned, non-insured, non-certified non-event ... just a big bunch of people out for a run on a Friday morning!
