So they've either posted a corrected result or adjusted it downwards by two seconds.<BR/><BR/>By the way, its apparently Boston's policy to accept individuals whose chip times are 1-2 minutes in excess of their 'offical' qualifying (chip) times; I've spoken to both Joe Ryan and Wayne Baggs regarding this. Wayne was 42 seconds over his official qualifying standard (3:35:59) the first time he qualified for Boston, and Joe was ~90 seconds over his qualifying time the seventh or eighth time he qualified. However, after contacting Boston<BR/>they were both told that anyone finishing 1-2 minutes in excess of their official qualifying standard would be accepted, and in fact they were. I verified this myself with Boston after seeing my initial chip time to verify that this was still their current policy.<BR/><BR/>So Tampa appears to have posted corrected/updated results or kindly adjusted my time downwards, and I've just made the official standard under the wire.<BR/><BR/>Quite a thrill.George Blackwoodhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11656903155492980987noreply@blogger.com
