Steve Adams set a personal best by some 30 seconds with a 34:45 finish, Joe Dunford ran in 34:23, and David Freake ran a PB of 31:17 taking almost a minute off his previous best 10k time.
Conditions were great with just a slight head wind for the first half of the race, perfect temperatures, and a huge field of quality runners. Olympian Eric Gillis took the win in 28:31.
