Newfoundland's Cory Tetford completed his first Triathlon last week in Halifax, finishing the 750m swim, 20k bike and 5k run in 1 hour 23 minutes.Cory has his eye on an Olympic distance event next summer (maybe even the Ironman 70.3), and will tackle the PEI Half Marathon next month.
