Two Newfoundland athletes had great performances at the University of Washington Indoor Track and Field Meet this past weekend.Julia Howard was fourth in the Invitational Women's Mile in a first class time of 4:38:09, less than a second behind the leader. And in the Open Division Ryan Brockerville won the mile in 4:27:33 and the 800 meter event in 2:00:70.
