The Capital Subaru St.John's Triathlon is hosting its annual Open Water Swim tomorrow Wednesday July 16 at Healy's Pond in the Sunshine Camp.Register on the beach 6pm for a 6:30pm start and chose your distance of 500m, 1000m or 2000m. There is no charge and this supervised swim is open to everyone.
