The "new" Mews 8K is this Sunday July 6 starting 8:30am. Register through the ANE website HERE or in person at Toyota Plaza Kenmount Road Thursday July 3 from 6-9pm.This route requires MANY volunteers so if you're not running please consider coming out to help.
