We had two Newfoundland runners competing in the preliminary round of the 1500 meters at the National Junior Championships in Abbotsford, BC Friday.
Ryan Brockerville was third in his heat and qualified comfortably for Saturday's final with a huge PB of 4:03.04. Patrick O'Grady just missed qualifying finishing in 4:13.32.
