Good Friday is only a week away so start getting psyched for a 10 mile run! You won't be alone on the Tely 10 Route as runners converge on Paradise 9am to make their way to Bannerman Park.And a few runners with a Spring marathon in sight will leave from the Tely 10 finish line at 7:30am for an out and back 20-miler.
