If you subscribe to email updates from nlrunning.com and use Outlook for your email, you may notice a problem when receiving your email update (usually around 1:30pm NST daily).When the message loads it may hang for a few seconds and present a dialogue box stating that "blogger ... is being contacted for content" or something like that. After a few seconds the message will load but the hangup could recur when Outlook refreshes.
We apologize for this problem and are searching for a solution ... please bear with us ... Microsoft and Google don't always get along! Thanks subscriber Keith for pointing out the trouble.
