At least 2 NL Runners completed last week's Vancouver Marathon. Denis Ryan from Marystown finished with a PB time of 3:09:09. He was 93rd overall and 12th in the 25-29 age group.Shawn Stratton managed a time of 3:20:15 in his first crack at 26.2 miles as part of his training for Ironman Canada in August. Shawn is also one of the speakers at this Saturday's Get Inspired 2009 day of inspiration at Holy Heart of Mary.
