The Molson Lite 10K is set for Saturday June 20 starting 8am. This year the route will be entirely on the Southside Road, an out and back starting and finishing at the Prosser's Rock Small Boat Basin.Register next Thursday June 18 at Toyota Plaza Kenmount Road from 6-8:30pm. Presented by the Canada Games Prep Squad.
