The St.John's Triathlon is hosting an Open Water Practice Swim this Wednesday evening July 15 at Healey's Pond, Sunshine Camp Thorburn Road.There will be a beginner's seminar on the beach starting 5:15pm, swim sign-in starts 5:45pm, and all take to the water at 6:30pm. Chose your distance of 500m, 1000m or 2000m.
No charge to participate however a TriNL membership is required for insurance purposes ... membership list and forms will be available at the event.
