Record numbers of NL Runners are heading to the mainland this weekend to Run Ottawa. Race weekend includes a 10K on Saturday and a Marathon / Half Marathon on Sunday.To hook up with many of the gang just look for the big NL Flag in the recovery area after Sunday's race, and drop by the Heart & Crown in the ByWard Market 7pm onward Sunday evening.
