The City of St.John's Cycling Plan needs your vote!
The first phase includes a combination of designated bike lanes and shared use lane markings on about 40K of roads throughout the city. This work is set to start right away for completion in September but some residents (particularly on roads set to lose some of their on-street parking) have lobbied the city to scrap the plan.

City Council is meeting THIS FRIDAY for further debate and without a strong show of support from the community this plan could be in jeopardy.
