Going Pro By Mark Hayward
Going Pro is a new local blog started by NL Runner Mark Hayward "to introduce, interest, and engage runners of all backgrounds to the professional running scene - especially in North America".
With PRs included 16:46 for 5K, 34:59 for 10k, and a 57:29 Tely, Mark is no stranger to competitive running. Although he has no intentions of "going pro" his blog provides great insight into the elite running scene from an amateur perspective.
