Matt Loiselle from Toronto dropped by to snag the victory in 48:09 while Colin Fewer set a personal best of 49:43 for 2nd place followed by Graydon Snider of Halifax for 3rd in 51:11.
Lisa Harvey from Calgary was 1st lady in 58:58 with Caroline McIlroy just 2 seconds behind in 59:00. Alison Walsh rounded out the podium for 3rd in 1:01:37
