Participants Wanted For Barefoot Running Study

Are you an experienced male runner? Have you done some barefoot or minimalist running? Would you like to learn more about this style of running? If you answered “yes” to any of these questions you may be interested in an upcoming study to assess the effect of barefoot running on muscle activation and reaction time – two important components in both competition and injury prevention.

As a participant you will be helping to increase the existing body of literature on barefoot running that will ultimately bring us closer to answering the question “Is barefoot running actually better than running in shoes?”

Participation will include 2 x 90-minute sessions which will give you a FREE VO2max test and a FREE report on your aerobic profile.

If interested drop an email to nicholasjsnow@gmail.com.
