New NL Ironmen & Women

Congratulation to a few NL Runners who have tackled and beaten the Half and Full Ironman distances last Sunday!

Completing the Timberman 70.3 were:

• Derek Galway (4:57:09)
• Amanda Hancock (5:47:48)
• Susan Collins (6:02:54)
• Sarah MacDonald (6:52:00)

And in his full distance debut, Gerry Dalton completed Ironman Mont-Tremblant in 11 hours 35 minutes and 1 second.
