This point to point event starts with a 500m dip in the shallow waters of Freshwater Pond followed by a scenic 20k bike ride through Carbonear, up the hill, back into Freshwater and through town again finishing by the pool in Carbonear. Then a 5k run out and back through town and 1 lap on the track brings you across the finish line. Cap off the day with a tasty steak and salad dinner at the awards reception.
