Fast 10K Times For Fewer, Freake & Durnford

Colin Fewer had a stellar 11th place finish in Vancouver Sun Run Sunday with a time of 30 minutes 44 seconds.

And meanwhile in Toronto Joe Durnford (pictured - right) and David Freake (pictured - left) raced the very windy Yonge Street 10K with Joe running 34:55 for 62nd place and David 31:22 for 14th place, his highest placing ever at the race.

UPDATE: Darrell Lahey (nephew of our Paul Lahey) from Bishop's Falls now living in Vancouver, completed the Sun Run in 38:56
