220K ECT Under 35 Hours For McIlroy

Caroline McIlroy has successfully completed her second attempt at running 220 kilometers of the East Coast Trail in under 35 hours!

Leaving Cappahayden Saturday morning she emerged at Fort Amherst 34 hours 40 minutes later, a little wobbly but no worse for the wear!
