David Freake was the overall winner at Sunday's Carved By The Sea 10k in Bay Roberts, covering the scenic course in 32:58. Second place went to Daniel Conway (38:51) and third was Tony Pike (39:52).
First female across the line was Stephanie Nevin in 42:12, just 6 seconds ahead of Holly Foley (42:18) with third place going to Jade Roberts (43:49).
