Arnold's Cove Fog Trot 10K September 12

The 9th annual Fog Trot 10k will take on September 12 in Arnold's Cove starting 10:30am at Tricentia Academy.

Registration starts at 9am and is $10 per person. Prizes will include $100 for the top male and female finishers, and all proceeds are in support of the Children's Wish Foundation.
