Here's a brief report from him:
Just wanted to pass along my results from this weekend at the Toronto Waterfront Half Marathon. I probably had my best race to date and ran a 1:08:47 in near perfect conditions which was good for 4th overall out of the 10000+ racers and 1st in my age group. Definitely happy with it and I'll keep the training going moving forward towards the Huston Half in January where I'll take a crack at a 1:06. En route I actually set a 10 mile personal best of 51:47 which was also a nice treat.
