Tely 10 Training With Joe Ryan

Joe Ryan, a former Tely winner, veteran distance runner and experienced clinic instructor is offering a 12-week training program for both Beginners and Intermediate/Advanced runners to prepare you both physically and mentally for the challenge of running the Tely 10.

Learn about motivation, balancing training and recovery, confidence building techniques, relaxation while running and much more. Both groups will start the week of May 2.
