Enjoy this short course including a 500 meter swim in Freshwater Pond (shallow and sheltered!), an 18 kilometer bike loop through Freshwater and Carbonear, and a 5k out-and-back run through town finishing on the track. All participants then get a great BBQ steak dinner!
