Cape To Cabot Training With Joe Ryan

With the 10th running of the challenging Cape to Cabot 20K race coming up on October 16, veteran long distance runner Joe Ryan (who has run all nine C2C races so far), will once again be offering an advanced training program to help runners prepare for one of North America’s most challenging and scenic road races.

This 10-week program beginning August 9 offers two training runs per week with a longer run on Sundays. Several of these will be on the actual C2C course. Training tips will be provided throughout with emphasis on hill running, how to handle fatigue, improving attitude towards running, mental preparation and much more.
