Gerry was a community leader in not only running but also triathlon, cycling, swimming and cross country skiing. He passed away in January 2016 after a battle with cancer.
This $1000 scholarship will be awarded to a post-secondary student who shares Gerry's passion and dedication to sport, and is active as a sport community volunteer. The 2016 recipient was Jordan Baird.
