The annual Kids of Steel Triathlon is set for next week on Regatta Day in Bowring Park, followed by the St. John's Triathlon Sunday August 6 at the Sunshine Camp and then the Paradise Triathlon Sunday August 27 at Octagon Pond.
These events don't just happen as committee members work for months in advance to prepare, with a HUGE need for volunteers on race day.
