Having recently completed a highly successful Cape to Cabot training program, experienced distance
runner Joe Ryan is now offering a half marathon program designed for runners who wish to compete
in the annual Hypothermic Half Marathon in February.
Starting November 21 this program will include three group runs per week,
a bi-weekly training schedule, weekly info sheets on various running related topics, emails with training advice and suggestions,
weekly draw prizes, and group camaraderie for those cold winter runs.
