Freake & Bazeley Win Mundy Pond 5K

David Freake was first overall at Sunday's Mundy Pond 5K road race put off by the Nautilus Running Club, finishing in 16 minutes 3 seconds. Evan Knight was second in 16:11 with Dan MacDonald third in 16:21.

The ladies field saw first place go to Kate Bazeley in 16:58 followed by Julia Howard in 17:35 and Amanda Wilkins in 18:54.
