Lee Churchill was the overall winner in last Thursday's BMO Downtown Dash in Corner Brook, finishing the 5k course in 16 minutes 47 seconds. Stephen Adams was 2nd in 17:23 and Joe Barry 3rd in 18:08.
Stephanie Seaward was 1st for the ladies in 19:52 followed by Roslynn Decker in 20:11 and Courtney King in 20:25.
