Becky Sjare Memorial Track & Field Meet Aug 19

Becky Sjare coached Newfoundland and Labrador track and field athletes for many, many years, including several stints with TeamNL at the Canada Games. She unfortunately succumbed to cancer and passed away several years ago.

A meet in her honour, also serving as a fundraiser for the Young Adult Cancer Society, is planned for August 19 at the Pearlgate Track & Field Complex.
