Tely 10 Training With Joe Ryan

If you have always wanted to run your very first Tely 10 or your very best one, please note that former Tely winner and veteran distance runner Joe Ryan is once again offering a 12 week training program to help prepare you both physically and mentally for the challenge.

Two training options will be offered - a Beginner’s or Slower Paced Option and an Intermediate/Advanced one. In this program you will learn how to stay motivated while training for this historic 10 mile race, as well as about nutrition, tempo running, how to relax while running, believing in yourself, balancing training and recovery, injury avoidance, running form and much more.
