Big Weekend For Running Away

This weekend saw many great performances from NL Runners running away.

At the Royal Victoria Marathon in BC Lou Ryan and his son Denis Ryan from Marystown finished together in 3:25:47. The Carbonear contingent was Andrew Peacock in 3:51:40, Astrid Peacock in 4:13:12 and Ingrid Peacock in 5:19:01. And from Sunnyside Craig Melanson was 3:56:07 while Constance Decorby completed the half in 3:52:35.

At the Minneapolis Marathon Terry Rowe from St.John's was 4:14:25.

And in Kentville Nova Scotia at the Valley Harvest Marathon Susan Martyn from St.John's was 4:21:15 and Cathy Scott from Gander was 4:27:09.
