Congratulations to Grant Handrigan and Colin Fewer on spectacular performances Saturday at the TransCanada National 10K Championships in Ottawa.Colin ran 30:49 for 11th place overall, while Grant (pictured) shattered his previous personal best by more than a minute with a 16th place finish in 31:36.
