Garnish 10K Results

David Freake secured yet another gold medal with a win at Saturday's Garnish 10K in 33:39. Adam Snow was close behind in 34:13 followed by Joe Durnford for third in 35:39.

First place among the ladies went to Julia Kawamoto in 36:26. Janelle Simmons was second in 40:22 with local Mercury Athletics U20 runner Megan Ryan securing the bronze in 44:30.
